date is the 21st july. the day before the wedding. and everyone is very very busy! all of you who've been through it - you'll know exactly what i mean! no matter how much preparation you've put into it, it still somehow sneaks up on you and suddenly it's all the little things that have to be done! but, it's a good experience, and one that we'll always remember!
so, up bright and early on this day! as you can see, mother dearest is putting up the fairy lights for the bridal table. which a little later, thinus comes and inspects to make sure that they're all up to scratch!!
the draping and night sky (i.e. fairy lights on the ceiling) were also put up that morning - and goodness, what a mammoth task that is! thank goodness we didn't do that one ourselves!
all the darling ladies of the area pitched in with helping in some way or the other! this was mainly for the flowers - and as you can see, they're all very busy!

and then tante karin who did the 2 big hearts - which to me looks like swans kissing - isn't it just to pretty!!
and then there's tante andrea who did the other arrangements in the church. (and it might look like she's resting - but we got her to do stuff even then!)
to these and all the others who helped with the decorating and general wedding stuff - thanks a million! it was all appreciated so very much!
