Mudders made the cake - isn't it just amazing? Standing all proud and looking all pretty. If anyone needs cake orders - she's available to bake...
Anyway, so the ceremony began under umbrellas, and the I do's all said - Mr & Mrs' first kiss:
Picutre of the happy couple, all happily married and ready to celebrate.
Thinus and my Mudders, all dressed up. She's oh so happy that we'd come to visit for such a lovely long time.
And then a pic of hubby darling and me.
The four couzies - don't they look just oh so dashing? That's Frankie, Roly, Heiko and Stefan all smiling away.
Above is a pic of my parents and my mom's side of the family - Vaders, Mudders, tante Momo, onkel Edy, tante Ria, tante Netti and onkel Gunther. Here they are still looking all well behaved... Didn't stay that way the whole evening though! And then the festivities began, good food, good wine, excellent company! So great to catch up with all of the family. Happy family - Johnnie, Heggie and me.
Yup, as I said, they weren't that well behaved for long - here are Mudders and tante Momo having had some wine...
So of course the younger generation had to show they could keep up! (Was a challenge, but think we managed....)
Here's a pic of the happy couple about to enjoy lunch. The food was really good!
Uh oh, another pic of things getting rowdier! Here's Stefan, tante Momo, Johann, tante Ria and Heiko having a laugh.
Sadly we had to leave the venue by late afternoon, but then it was off to the after party. Once there, it was time to learn Thriller - he he, aren't Johnnie and Helgie just too funny?
Yup, this is the bit that I was talking about - don't the whole lot of them just look so incredibly naughty???
And then it was time for the crawling underneath the dress part. Doesn't Roly look oh so pleased with himself?
And so the rest of the evening continued to be oh so much fun! Now the next couzie needs to get married....
